Our server keeps IP address, time, page and browser of each visit for seven days to operate and secure the site, then removes them.

Messages you send us

We store your message and contact information while handling it and for follow-up questions, and share it with no one without your agreement.

Ticket data

The company you contacted is responsible for your ticket. We process name, address, ticket contents and status on its behalf and keep them only for the agreed retention period.

Delivery status

We record whether ticket mail was delivered, so agents know a reply reached you. Opening is not tracked.

Feedback opt-out

If you decline feedback questions, the decision is saved and applies to all future tickets with that company.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format and withdraw consent. If our answer does not satisfy you, a data protection supervisor will hear your case.
